We are currently looking for Business Development Analyst to join our OneSource team on customer site in Ware.

Job purpose:

Accountable to the Global Insights Analytics Manager and responsible for overseeing the management of the Customer Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work to ensure customer CMMS and PerkinElmer data repositories are aligned and up to date with all requisite data. Assist in the delivery of business analysis to Customer and PerkinElmer to aid in decision making in support of data integrity, cost savings, and operational efficiency objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal and external overseeing the configuration, governance, and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system. This includes:

    • On-going user support

    • Writing, Running and delivery of Reports to support across the account

    • Configuration issues tracking and resolution

    • Management of data additions, user access, training and support in Customer systems    

  • Design and provide detailed asset reports for cost center managers, including analytical assets, classification, and cost of support

  • Establish and implement data standards that support customer and PerkinElmer program requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Three or more years administrative and customer service experience

  • Knowledge of EAM and SAP data systems a plus

  • Experience in merging complex data sets, reporting, analytics, data comparison, SQL Report writing, Strong Excel skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Oversee CMMS Change Control including:

    • Asset Attribute updates

    • Schedule Revisions

  • Lead data Quality Management efforts around:

    • Inventory Accuracy

    • Work Order Quality

    • Preventative Maintenance Schedule Quality

    • Support and advise on data improvement opportunities

  • Lead for all CMMS reporting

  • Support all data standardization activities

  • Support all Client CPI/KPI Reporting for the department

  • Support quarterly project level reporting

  • Support bi-annual executive level reporting

  • Support/Lead continuous improvement initiatives/projects
