Location Thane West, MaharashtraIN Job ID JR-032751 Detailed Job Responsibilities: Responding to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services. research, documents, and communicates recurring technical issues. Escalates unresolved issues to Technical Support team ( remote ) Ensures complete and accurate documentation of customer requirements. Provides order entry and order management support for customers. Schedules orders and service dates, creates invoices. Handling all incoming & outgoing calls about customers queries Responsible for Work Order creations and ensure billable Invoice generated timely manner. Support customers with product information, TAT, and other related communication Create MIS reports to support the management on service performance, Complain register, query resolution matrix and timelines. Analyze the pre analytical information for understand the customer trends, pre-analytical errors etc. Evaluate customer support system and prepare action plans to improve the customer service department Adhere to Quality Management System for Customer Care function Ensure all customer service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of overall organization Responsible for ensuring 12/7 customer call management Key Skill set: Interpersonal skills Communication skills - verbal and written Listening skills Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Data collection and ordering Customer service orientation .PerkinElmer is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
