Responsibilities
Location Shanghai, ShanghaiCN Job ID REQ-050300- Prepare AR journal entries in SAP to reflect daily transaction, and ensure the timely and accurate cash application and bank draft related posting
- Maintain bank draft list and update status daily and do bank draft reporting monthly or any time if needed
- Verify credit memos and obtain the approval per signature authority
- Organize bi-weekly AR meeting, understand latest past due status, initiate follow up actions across functions, and maintain reason code for customer overdue reason
- Responsible for order release and risk assessment in accordance with credit policy
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AR, and ensure proper follow up
- Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management drive process improvement continually
- Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within organization
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
