Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-050276Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hosted applications
- Provide IT Support for manufacturing systems
- Perform IT Ticket Mgmt using systems such as ServiceNow
- Good writing skills and ability to follow written standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Perform unit testing on the PCs and test software configuration
- Work with the client administrators for application troubleshooting
- Coordinate with other support teams within the organization
- Participate in client team meetings
- Conduct user account review and administration, audit trail review and password resets
- Ensures adherence to client’s corporate policies through periodic reporting and compliance programs
- Troubleshooting – Assisting with typical/reoccurring errors that users might come across, such as terminal connectivity issues, incorrect user rights, etc.
- Perform and assist with planning and support activities associated with bringing new process areas on-board throughout the year
- Document system and use processes and procedures for Customer review and approval
- User Management – Add/Disable users, change permissions
- Printer Management – Setting up printers (Zebra label printers mainly) in the MES Application and assigning them as needed to individual user terminals
- Terminal Management – Configuring terminals and printers within the MES Application
- Assist with system configuration and changes as directed by the Team Lead
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills complemented by an ability to listen to and interpret and document client requests
- Previous experience supporting IT environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex instrument and technology issues
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under pre
- scribed timeframes
- Bachelors or Associate degree in Computer Science or technology industry experience is preferable
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience including (but not limited to); Windows technologies including Microsoft Office, networking, remote computing, and backup systems
- Experience with IT systems management and associated processes such as Active Directory
- Experience with electronic batch recording systems would be a plus
