Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-050126We are currently looking for experienced Senior Purchasing Specialist to join our Krakow team.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting the open PO status
Reporting monthly progress
Providing any needed information/reporting relating to the invoice review process
Monitoring Invoice Mailbox
Leading team meetings to ensure reducing backlog and monitoring open PO
Helping, advising and training the team members on the invoice review process
Finding new solution to improve the process
Increasing cost saving and cost avoidance
Cooperating closely with other departments to ensure smooth end-to end process
Participating in audits, providing needed samples for audit purposes
Role requirements:
- B.A/B.S. Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, order entry, customer service or logistics in a team-based environment.
- Fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
