Responsibilities
Primary contact for field service concerns
Manage all Field Service parts orders entered into SAP by the local customer care team or Field Service Engineer (FSE)
Monitor and expedite all backorders/alerts to ensure the quickest possible fulfilment. To complete this task, it is necessary to have a full understanding of SAP, other ERP systems and Operations/Transportations systems.
Understanding of consolidated orders/shipments
Continual communication with engineers with regard to order/shipment status
Supply the field with inventory and part availability data on request
Transact parts to Field Service Engineer cost centers and investigate discrepancies concerning Field Service Inventory locations
Help facilitate manual shipments to Field Service Team or return to Manufacturing site
Coordinate and manage the return of field inventory to the territory service distribution center
Assist with the return of salvage materials from the field engineers/countries and coordinate disposition with the service depot leader
Ensure timely delivery of Non-PKI materials from external suppliers to meet the specific requirements of customer sales orders
Involve in bi-annually Distribution Center stock count and investigate inventories discrepancies
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies preferred
Proficiency in 3rd party service provider management, inventory management and reconciliation
Experience in SAP System
Strong PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Team player with assertive and result-oriented personality as well as high drive and energy level
Work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
