Summary:

Work with process owners to execute RPA/APA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA/APA solutions; and ensuring quality of the project.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with process owners to execute RPA/APA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA/APA solutions; and ensuring quality of the project.

  • Assist process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA/APA solutions throughout the organization.

  • Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices.

  • Create the end-to-end technology official documentation in line with set business standards. 

  • Perform end to end validation on all finalized projects to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Work with process owners to ensure all project documents are maintained, and knowledge is transferred to process owners throughout the engagement.

  • Participate in trainings and relevant trade shows to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, APA and Data Visualization solutions.

  • Support RPA/APA implementation and hyper-care phase once bot is released to production

  • Perform the change management requests and keep updating the bots accordingly

  • Work on finding and developing new solutions that can support the bot development and maintenance

  • Create and update the RPA/APA standards and SOP

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Sciences,  Business,  or  related;  

Master’s  Degree  in  business  or  Data  Analytics preferred

1+ year of professional experience in Robotics Process Automation and/or Extract, Transform, Load tools (Alteryx) or equivalent education.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in Automation Anywhere or another RPA tool

Programming experience (R, Python, SQL, etc.)

Proficient in use of SAP or similar ERP systems

Ability to understand complex workflows with limited direct experience in the process.

Ability to work with different business partners and understand complex processes.

Strong English skills, written and verbal.

Strong communication skills able to support independent viewpoints to senior leadership

Strong analytical ability, including the ability to anticipate the impact of process changes

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the computer screen), distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.

Occasionally operates office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
