This is global remote role that can sit anywhere.

Are you a highly motivated, data-driven, relationship-building leader?  Are you passionate about helping people around the world?  If so, this is the role for you.  We are looking for a leader to build, organize, and transform how our business uses data to drive high performance and global growth.  In this role, the ability to listen, learn, question, and then apply reasoning skills and business intelligence to deliver tools and strategies, translating raw data into valuable business insights, will be your primary goal.

Reporting to the Global Commercial Business Enablement Lead, and in close connection with both global and regional SMEs across Commercial, Segments (Product & OneSource), and IT, the Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) Leader is responsible for empowering our sales, marketing, service and COE leaders around the world with the insights and analytics they need, when they need it, to drive critical business outcomes and ignite transformative growth.  You will be an instrumental part of a growing team, working alongside top advisors and senior leadership as a strategic thought partner, leading a team of talented analysts and data visualizers, to turn unstructured data into revenue-enabling knowledge.  The right candidate for this position will be able to quickly toggle between strategic thinking and tactical execution; with the ability to communicate effectively across various roles and levels, influence without authority, and foster an environment that establishes ownership and accountability. This role will have the unique experience of leading from the center, but with a team positioned to enable global field effectiveness, standardization, simplification, and amplification of insights.
