Responsibilities

- Record and post all incoming cash receipts against open AR; contact customer’s Accounting Dept to clarify when necessary
- Prepare AR Ageing report/report to Accounting Mgr on a weekly list of overdue customers for follow up
- Input payroll entries based on HR consolidated cost center data
- Quarterly Bad debt calculation and provision based on ASC326 requirement
- Forecast incoming cash receipts based on open AR Ageing report for weekly cashflow preparation
- Release Credit Hold in ERP (if any)
- Perform customer credit review on a regular basis
- Cash Transfer between banks to ensure adequate cash for AP payments annually
- Assist Accounting Mgr/Controller in preparing supporting tax schedules
- Any other accounting related ads hoc duties as instructed by Accounting Mgr/Controller

- Strong team player, collaborative and service-oriented
- Analytical and strong attention to detail
- Resourceful, adaptive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of finance and accounting experience
- JLPT Level 2 and above
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance preferred
- ERP experience (not limited but especially SAP) and Concur experience a plus
- Good spoken and written English preferred (TOEIC 700+)
